CONFIRM SMART4.0 are running a Winter School at CONFIRM HQ in Limerick on Thursday 15th December
The aim of the CONFIRM SMART4.0 Winter School is to aid the development of interdisciplinary knowledge and capacity to apply research around Industry 4.0 to solve problems in a range of settings. It will also help to build knowledge and understanding of multidisciplinary engagement aimed at finding novel solutions to real industry problems.
By completing this Winter School, researchers will:
- Gain an understanding of Industry 4.0 fundamentals
- Be able to apply the entrepreneurial/innovative mindsets for opportunity recognition in Industry 4.0
- Gain a basic understanding of solving business problems using data analytics
- Get valuable insights on how to advance your research and performance towards grant writing, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
- Gain an awareness on transferable skills and how to better define and deliver research-based solutions to real world problems
