CONFIRM SMART4.0 are running a Winter School at CONFIRM HQ in Limerick on Thursday 15^th December

The aim of the CONFIRM SMART4.0 Winter School is to aid the development of interdisciplinary knowledge and capacity to apply research around Industry 4.0 to solve problems in a range of settings. It will also help to build knowledge and understanding of multidisciplinary engagement aimed at finding novel solutions to real industry problems. Read more

A workshop about Smart-Edu4.0 project occurred during the Irish Signals and Systems Conference (ISSC) in Cork on June 2022. All partners had the chance to present their work in the project as well as their work and research experience in relevant fields. Read more

Mechatronics is defined as the “Technology combining Electronics and Mechanical Engineering”.

Queen’s University Belfast is planning to launch a new Engineering programme related to Mechatronics and Robotics and therefore conducting a survey to understand the needs of your Industry, gauge interest in potential engagement activities, and gain insight on employability of graduates with a Mechatronics and Robotics degree.
